Many men are just projecting their disappointment in their mothers on women they do not know or women they wish their mothers would be like. It is sad to watch but what to do? Many men need therapy and exorcism as someone on that app suggested.
A woman came out guns blazing, named the father of her child, mentioned a transgression or crime, and then asked him to send some money he was ordered (by the courts) to pay for their child’s driver (upkeep, I detected sarcasm). And you know how the story goes, those who hate their mothers started the abuse and judgement. I tried to read as many replies as possible as I was seated at someone’s reception.
Some believed that she could have just picked up the phone and called the man instead of embarrassing him online. OK, that is a thought. But for her to come online, she might be on his block list also, why does he need to be reminded?
I can understand the frustration. Maybe she went too far with mentioning the alleged crime (heavy stuff) but I can appreciate having to burn the bridge while you are still standing on it. Sometimes people need to know you are willing to go to hell and maybe act accordingly. (I do not condone her actions, I understand). I know many of you are not human, for the rest of us mortals, we know nothing human is alien to us.
That was not even my take home from that post yawa. The shocking thing was the number of men boasting that they had quit their jobs because the mother of their child(ren) had taken them to court. Where did the rain start beating us?
A grown-up man knows he is a father and has known it for a while. Even if he was surprised by a pregnancy announcement, we expect that he knew when he was on top or under that woman, there was a possibility of a child and not maize and beans.
Now this adult, after being someone’s child and now someone’s father, would frustrate a woman and his child(ren) to the point that the mother of his child(ren) has to seek legal redress. And even after that, nothing in his head kicks in, nothing in his heart feels anything, and his blood does not even flow through his veins faster when he thinks of what he is putting his children through, he now decides to quit his job ati so that everyone can suffer because he cannot take it that he has been taken to court. What the actual duck?
I just want to remind men, and parents in general, that children grow up. You will not always be this ‘powerful’, you will not always be able to work and you will not always be in good health. The way this world works, it goes round. Today your children need you to feed them, tomorrow you will need them to feed you. I hope you like begging because the karma some of you are creating is dangerous.
Listen you dirty idiots, your children are your relatives. The mother of your children is not. It is not our problem what type of woman she is. That is your fault, you chose her and lay down with her. The babies are here, and they are yours. If you treat your blood like dirt, buckle-up butter cup, you have told the universe how to treat you.
Let us treat our children better. If you are man enough to get an erection and plant your seed in a woman (who you chose without us), man up and be a father. This is not the time to tell us what type of a woman she is, you had time before and it did not matter. Why now? Please focus, the goal is your relatives.
By the way ladies, they are now saying if you do not ask for money another man is giving you money but if you ask for money you are a golddigger. Whatever you decide to do with this information, I hope you meet a healed man.
