Aspen Pharmacare chief executive Stephen Saad says his company will provide own-branded COVID-19 vaccines to African countries from June.
The company has reached a deal with Johnson & Johnson to provide the vaccines.
This comes amid efforts by African countries to produce their own vaccines.
Kenya recently announced a deal to begin production of Moderna Covid-19 vaccines.
