Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga will accompany activists Boniface Mwangi, Hanifa and Hussein Khalid to DCI headquarters.
The three have been in hiding following arbitrary arrests of participants and organisers of the anti-Finance Bill protests.
The three will appear at the DCI headquarters on Kiambu Road at 11 am on Monday.
The move comes amid a wave of abductions of people who have been vocal in the protests against the Finance Bill, 2024.

Operations at the Makadara law courts are expected to resume today.
This comes after a nearly two-week closure after the fatal shooting of Principal Magistrate Monica Kivutu.
The director at Prime CS office is to be arraigned today
A director at the office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi is expected in court today following his arrest Sunday on claims of aiding the extortion of foreigners in the said office.
In a statement, on Sunday evening, the office of the Prime CS confirmed the arrested those nabbed had been aiding fraudsters who are said to have been conning foreigners.
Case against former Sports CS Echesa
The Sh250 million fraud and extortion case against former Sports CS Rashid Echesa and his co-accused Joseph Waswa is set for directions at the Kibera chief magistrate's court today.
Echesa and Waswa were in April charged with conspiracy to defraud Sh250 million.
The extortion is alleged to have been targeted at Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa.
