Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will today launch the disbursement of cash transfer to families affected by El Nino in Coast and North eastern regions.

In Garissa, Gachagua will be at the regional commissioner's office in Garissa Town and thereafter proceed to Madogo.

In Tana River, he will preside over the event at Garsen High School.

Currently, four counties-Tana River, Garissa, Wajir and Mandera have been identified as the worst hit.
