Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Thursday said all members of Kenya Kwanza are in support of President William Ruto's Finance Bill 2023.
While speaking in Nyeri during the funeral of Mama Mary Gathoni, the DP said the only person against the Bill is Azimio leader Raila Odinga.
"All the members of Kenya Kwanza are supporting the Finance Bill. It's just this kitendawili man that is against the Bill," he said.
Gachagua added that Raila only opposes things he believes are good and as such, his opposition to the Finance Bill is testament that it's something that will be successful.
"If you see Raila opposing something then know it is a good thing," he said.
He added that the Mt Kenya region on the other hand was supporting the finance bill.
