Francis Gachuri lands plum job in Kindiki's ministry

Royal Media Service political editor Francis Gachuri is set to join the Ministry of Interior following his new appointment. 

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kindiki Kithure appointed Gachuri as Director of Communication in the ministry. 

In an exclusive interview with The Star, Gachuri confirmed the appointment and said he will issue a statement following the news. 

"I will issue a statement shortly," he said.
