Roots Party presidential running mate Justina Wamae has doubted the possibility that President William Ruto's Cabinet will have delivered part of the Kenya Kwanza manifesto by June.

In an interview on Monday, Wamae said the Cabinet will not deliver by June because the CSs are not given enough space for creativity and innovation.

"The Cabinet will not have delivered by June because so far it is just the President and deputy president who are making promises to Kenyans. I feel they don't give the CSs space for creativity and innovation," she said.

Wamae said the lack of space for creativity and innovation makes the CSs afraid to give their opinions because they are afraid of making the top three leaders angry.

"CSs are afraid of annoying the President, DP or Musalia Mudavadi," Wamae said.

Wamae said for the CSs to perform, they ought to be given ample space to be creative in their various dockets.

"If we want the government to perform through Cabinet Secretaries let the President give them the space to be creative, and innovative without the fear of outshining the master," she said.

During the Cabinet retreat in Nanyuki, the President had said his secretaries have a deadline to meet in June on the mandate given to them in their various dockets.
