The presidential petition at the Supreme Court will be heard and determined by a seven judge bench.
The team is led by Chief Justice Martha Koome as President of the Court.
Other judges are Philomena Mwilu (vice president) Njoki Ndung'u, Issac Lenaola, Smokin Wanjala, Mohammed Ibrahim and William Ouko.
The judges held a pre-trial conference of the presidential petition on Tuesday.
The court consolidated all the seven petitions challenging the win of President-elect William Ruto into one.
Koome said this is because all the petitioners raised the same issues highlighted by the lead petitioner, Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition.
The judges have 14 days to determine the verdict of the August election.
They include Philomena Mwilu, William Ouko, Smokin Wanjala and Njoki Ndungu.
Others include Isaac Lenaola and Mohammed Ibrahim.
