The government should have encouraged Kenyans to receive the Covid-19 jab instead of extending the curfew for another 30 days.

Kenyans who run businesses have encountered losses to a point of closure.
Companies that deal with long-distance travel have suffered a great loss because most times they are unable to travel at night due to curfew.
Matatu drivers are also complaining of the spike in fuel prices.
Entertainment joints have also not been spared since most operate at night when they receive more clients.
All these business ventures among others are striving to put up since they have experienced a lot of losses due to the curfew hours that limit their operations.
Everline Atieno, a hotel owner around Rongo University says she closed down her hotel business due to losses she encountered when the government outlined different measures to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Instead of curfew, the government in conjunction with the Ministry of Health should just find ways of providing free masks, reaching out to everyone with vaccines and opening up the business hubs to help revamp the Kenyan economy.
