A team formed to fight Covid-19 in Kibra on Thursday handed over assorted Covid-19 PPEs at the Pentecostal Church Hall in the subcounty.

It also launched the Kibra and Langata subcounties Covid-19 health workers training. This was in partnership with I Choose Life-Africa.

The overall goal of the Kibra Subcounty Covid-19 Response Team is to reduce the impact of Covid-19 among 2,000 households in Kibra by September 30.

The team is led by Kibra Deputy County Commissioner and comprises 21 civil society organisations and other actors.
