To report a safety incident to Kenya Power, you can dial *977# on your mobile phone.

Once you've selected the correct option, you will be prompted to describe the incident in detail. This could include a fallen electricity pole, a rotting pole, or live wires on the ground.
Finally, you can send your report. After sending, you will receive a reference number that you can use to track the status of your report.
