These counties reflect areas with growing populations and high urban or rural settlement activity.
The numbers highlight the importance of investing in maternal healthcare, early childhood services, and infrastructure to accommodate population pressures.
County governments must also ensure efficient civil registration systems and reach remote areas to improve completeness.
