Safaricom PLC has released its financial results, including Ethiopia, for the full year ended March 31st, 2025.
The key highlights show positive growth across various sectors. Group total revenue increased by 11.2% to Sh388.7 billion, with service revenue rising by 10.8% to Sh371.4 billion.
Notably, M-PESA revenue saw a significant jump of 15.1% to Sh161.1 billion, and mobile data revenue grew by 16.5% to Sh78.5 billion.
The Safaricom Group, excluding minority interest, recorded a 14.2% increase in net income to Sh80.1 billion.
