India follows with 806 million, while the United States ranks third with 322 million.
Other countries with significant digital populations include Indonesia (212m), Brazil (183m), and Russia (133m). Pakistan, Mexico, Japan, and Nigeria each have over 100 million users.
The Philippines (97.5m) and Egypt (96.3m) also feature in the top list.
