It's normal to get some swelling in pregnancy, particularly
in your legs, ankles, feet and fingers.
Foot exercises can help reduce swelling and leg cramps; try bending and stretching your foot up and down 30 times.
Wear comfortable shoes and socks - avoid tight straps or
anything that might pinch.
Drink plenty of water, about 8–10 glasses each day and reduce caffeine intake.
Wear compression stockings and sleep on your left side.
