Who is Soipan Tuya: Defence CS nominee

President William Ruto on Tuesday reassigned Soipan Tuya to the Ministry of Defence.

Tuya will be replaced in the Ministry of Environment by the CS nominee Duale.

In a statement on X, Tuya pledged to give her best if she is confirmed the CS by the vetting Committee.
