Over the last four rounds of surveys, some counties have demonstrated consistent gains in budget transparency.
In the last four rounds of the survey, 10 counties in particular have shown steady progress in the budget information made available to the citizens.
This is according to Kenya's County Budget Transparency Survey 2023 (Released May 24, 2024).
