Risk factors for Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is a disease of the opening of the womb also known as the cervix.

Cervical cancer is the leading cause of related deaths in Kenya.

It is caused by a persistent infection with one or more of the high-risk types of the Human Papilloma Virus.
