The next eight days will be do or die for aspirants as the electoral agency begins clearing them to run in the August 9 polls.

The rigorous nine-day exercise started countrywide on Sunday as aspirants presented themselves and vital documents to the commission for clearance.

The highlight is the clearance of presidential candidates seeking to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
