The vocal politician recently shocked his neighbours at a posh estate where he lives, after he embarked on drilling a borehole in his compound. The renowned county chief's decision to drill own water has dashed the hopes of his neighbours, who welcomed him to the area, expecting to get water and other goodies associated with his big status. The estate has not had a reliable supply of clean piped water for several years now.
