Just what is happening at a top Secondary from Central Kenya? Well, more than 40 students of the school were recently admitted at a nearby hospital after eating what became contaminated food at the school. While some students stayed at the hospital for a week before they were discharged, others took longer at the health facility after eating what parents say was aflatoxin-contaminated maize. Many parents now want the government to intervene and take action even as they decried the extra medical costs they have incurred and don't think they should have to pay.
