There are murmurs among senior staff of a critical agency in the security sector about the inappropriate conduct of their boss. Just months after he quelled a vicious boardroom storm on the hiring of a senior official, the staff complains the boss spends most of his working time in the office of a powerful government figure and little time in the office. The official then implements every order obtained from the big man’s office without consulting the other colleagues of the team.
