A section of residents in four counties across the country will go without power on Monday.
Kenya Power in a statement on Sunday said parts of Embu, Kiambu,Nyeri and Nyamira will go without power due to scheduled power interruption for maintainance.
Kenya Power said the scheduled outage will be effected from 8am to 5pm in some of the areas.
According to the schedule by Kenya Power, the interruption in Nyeri will affect parts of Mayori, Mariari and Kiambere.
The interruption will be done between 8 am to 4 pm.
Customers to be affected are those in Ngiori, Iriamurai Mission, Ngiori Airtel, Kamurugu, Kiamukuyu, Machanga Dispensary, Kangungi, Karuki and adjacent customers.
In Nyeri county, the interrupiton will affect Kahuru area with customers to be affected including Gikororo TBC, Kahuru Market, Kianjuu TBC, Ndima Tea Factory and Mathia Market.
This, according to Kenya Power, will be between 8 am and 5 pm.
Those residing in Ndima Kanini TBC, Kahuro TBC, Kiriko, Ndiriti, Gathaithi TBC, Kiangumara TBC, Kianyaga TBC, Kiaruhiu Market, Chehe TBC, Gitangaruri TBC and adjacent customers will also be affected.
The scheduled interruption in Kiambu will affect Rironi and Tilisi areas.
Arears around Rironi, KBC, Tilisi, Ngecha, Gatimo, Free Town, part of Nduma, Keroe, Mirithu and adjacent customers will be affected.
The scheduled interruption will be done between 9 am to 5 pm.
Nyamira's Ikonge and Ekenyero areas will be affetced in the interruption scheduled for between 9 am to 4 pm.
Mogeni Tea Factrory, Metarrora Tea Factory, Keritor Tea Factory, Ikonge, Ekerenyo, Nyamusi, Obwari, Tombe, Nyabikomu, Chisaria Primary school and adjacent customers will be affected.
