Former officials of a key institution who were recently kicked out over corruption allegations are a worried lot. Reason? They believe they are being hunted for arrest by the DCI. Confirming their fears, we are told they have also budgeted millions to apparently grease the palms of detectives who could be sent to hunt them down.
