Deputy President William Ruto will on Sunday hold a mega rally at Thika Stadium.

The rally will be attended by all UDA party aspirants, ahead of Tuesday's National Delegates Conference at the Kasarani stadium.

The rally comes just a day after the second in command went on a charm offensive of the Eastern counties of Meru and Tharaka Nithi.

Ruto will be accompanied by his Kenya Kwanza Alliance co-principals Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Moses Wetangula of Ford Kenya party.

This will be the DP's second public appearance after his return from a tour of the United States and the United Kingdom.

Ruto was abroad for 12 days, where he met different groups of people and leaders, as well as Kenyans living in the two countries.
