Bobi Wine arrested ahead of campaign rally

Presidential candidate Bobi Wine was on Wednesday arrested ahead of his campaign rally in Luuka District.

This is the second time he has been arrested in two weeks.

Wine was accused of having more than 200 supporters at the rally, contrary to the electoral agency's guidelines.
