KCA university hosts inaugural founder's day

KCA University celebrated its inauguralFounders’ Day on Friday evening at theRadisson Blu Hotel in Upperhill, Nairobi.This is an annual event where the universitycelebrates its birth, rich past and its promisingfuture.The celebration was held as a black tie fundraisingdinner, dance and award ceremony (galadinner) to bring together university founders,alumni, staff, students and other distinguishedmembers of the society.

KCA University celebrated its inaugural

Founders’ Day on Friday evening at the

Radisson Blu Hotel in Upperhill, Nairobi.

This is an annual event where the university

celebrates its birth, rich past and its promising

future.

The celebration was held as a black tie fundraising

dinner, dance and award ceremony (gala

dinner) to bring together university founders,

alumni, staff, students and other distinguished

members of the society.

As part of the celebration, KCA university

launched an endowment fund to facilitate

scholarships where proceeds from the gala

dinner would go towards the scholarship

endowment fund to support the lives of young

people who would otherwise not have an

opportunity to attain a university education.

Afro-pop band Sauti Sol were the star

entertainment of the evening.
