[PHOTOS] Mama Rachel, Princess Asmaa arrive at KNH for cochlear implant project

 The first lady Mama Rachel Ruto and Her Royal Highness the Princess of the Kingdom of Morocco Lalla Asmaa arrive at Kenyatta National Hospital ahead of the official launch of the Cochlear Implant project that is set to benefit 70 children with hearing impairment. ‎

Mama Rachel arrived a few minutes past 11am, followed shortly by the Royal Highness.

‎They were led to a symbolic tree planting activity at the KNH grounds to mark the important day before they undertook a tour of the KNH facility together.

‎They were accompanied by Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and Principal Secretary State department for medical Services Dr Ouma Oluga, KNH Board Chair Abbas Gullet and KNH acting CEO Dr Richard Lesiyampe among other dignitaries.
