The Commission also asked shortlisted candidates to arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled time.

They are required to carry original identification documents, academic and professional certificates, testimonials, and valid clearance certificates from various government bodies, including the Kenya Revenue Authority, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

PSC said candidates with foreign academic qualifications must present recognition letters from the Commission for University Education.

The Commission has also invited members of the public to submit any credible information on the shortlisted candidates by Friday, August 8, 2025, via email or to the PSC office in Nairobi.

This comes a few weeks after Sitati was named Acting ORPP following the exit of Ann Nderitu, who was appointed Commissioner at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

Sitati was seconded from the Office of the Attorney General, the State Department for Justice & Human Rights and Constitutional Affairs.

Until her new posting, she served as Chief State Counsel.
