Heavy traffic was reported on Nairobi-bound Waiyaki Way on Tuesday after a lorry overturned near the Expressway toll station, blocking the entire lane.
The lorry, which was carrying sacks of chicken feed, was hit by another lorry as it sped downhill towards Westlands, causing the driver to lose control.
The impact caused the driver of the lorry to lose control, leading to the vehicle overturning on the road and spilling its cargo.
No fatalities were reported in the incident.

Traffic officers from the Kenya Police Service responded
swiftly and are currently at the scene managing the heavy traffic snarl-up
caused by the accident.
Motorists are re-routing into Brookeside Drive and back to
Waiyaki Way through Karuna Close.
They have been urged to exercise patience as clearance efforts are underway.
