The Judicial Service Commission has extended the application deadline for several judicial vacancies previously advertised.
In a notice dated June 30, the Commission announced that the deadline for submission of applications for the listed positions has been pushed from June 9, 2025, to Monday, July 7, 2025, at 5 PM.
The advertised positions include: Judge of the Court of Appeal – 15 posts, Judge of the High Court – 20 posts, Judge of the Environment and Land Court – 10 posts, Resident Magistrate - 100 posts and Resident Kadhi - 5 posts.
According to the Commission, “Job details and other requirements are available in the JSC portal: https://jsc.go.ke/jobs-2/.”
The JSC has emphasised that it is an equal opportunity employer.

The Commission has also cautioned applicants that “JSC recruitment services are free of charge.”
Applications should be submitted to: The Secretary, Judicial Service Commission, P.O. BOX 40048 – 00100 NAIROBI.
JSC also gave an email where submissions can be made.
