Kenya Power has released a detailed breakdown of electricity bills to help customers understand the monthly charges, including actual power consumption and various government taxes and levies.
The electricity bill, Kenya Power says, is determined by the electricity usage and other charges that include tax and levies, which the firm collects on behalf of the Government Agencies.
