

A postmortem to establish what caused the death of late Albert Ojwang will be conducted today, June 10.
Ojwang died in police custody on Sunday morning.
The exercise was initially set to be conducted on Monday at the City Mortuary, but was rescheduled.
Ojwang, according to police, died by suicide at the Nairobi Central police station where he had been held following his arrest in Homa Bay.
He was arrested over an alleged derogatory post on his social media pages.
IG Kanja to appear before MPs
The Senate Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations is set to hold a meeting with Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja to deliberate on the circumstances surrounding the death of Albert Ojwang.
He is expected to brief the MPs on the circumstances that led to his death while in custody.
Kidney transplant probe
The National Assembly's Departmental Committee on Health is scheduled to hold a meeting with the Kenya Renal Association (KRA) on the ongoing inquiry into alleged malpractice and ethical breaches in kidney transplant services at the Mediheal Group of Hospitals.
