President William Ruto on Monday met a section of artistes at State House, Nairobi.

The President said the artistes apprised him of the issues affecting their sector and agreed to work together for a better Kenya for all.

He said Kenya will be transformed by leaders who are prepared to take bold and decisive steps to change the lives of the people.

“Through bold decisions, we have made great strides in stabilising the economy, increasing agricultural productivity and enhancing social security for a better future,” he added.

He said the government has also made tough decisions in making affordable housing a reality and ensuring the provision of universal healthcare.
