The
government has advertised several job opportunities in various state agencies
that qualified Kenyans can apply for.
In the Tuesday edition of My Gov, the recruiting state
agencies include the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, the Ethics and
Anti-Corruption Commission, the Kenya School of Law, Kenya Biovax Institute, the
Kenya Revenue Authority, and the Office of the Attorney General.
The EACC has advertised 19 positions across various
departments.
The available vacancies include one post each for
Senior Investigation Officer – Mechanical Engineer, Administration Officer II –
Property Management, Risk Management Officer II, and Information Assistant II.
Other vacancies include Investigation Officer II –
Accountant/Auditor (two posts), ICT Officer II – Software Developer (two
posts), Accounts Assistant I (two posts), Administrative Secretary II (two
posts), Supply Chain Management Assistant II (two posts), Office Assistant III
(two posts), and three posts for Paralegal Clerk II.
To apply, EACC directed interested candidates to
complete EACC Form 1 online from https://jobs.integrity.go.ke
and attach copies of their ID, CV, academic/professional certificates, and
testimonials.
The commission added that additional details of
the job descriptions and requirements are available on their website: www.eacc.go.ke.
“All applications must be made online and will be
acknowledged via email. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for
interviews,” EACC stated.
“The applications should be received no later
than Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.”
The
Kenya Revenue Authority has advertised fourteen job vacancies in different
positions.
Of
the fourteen, four positions are for Managers in Domestic Taxes Project
Portfolio, Quality Assurance, Release, Change & Configuration Management,
Vulnerability Management & Investigation Support, and Revenue Assurance
& Fraud.
To
apply for the four positions, candidates have until June 2, 2025, 23:59hrs.
The
remaining 10 positions are for Assistant Managers in the following areas:
Business Application Support – Customs & Border Control (C&BC), System
Administration, Large & Medium Taxpayers (LMT) and Micro & Small
Taxpayers (MST), Capacity Management & Business Continuity, Cyber Security
Operations Centre, Cloud Architecture & Technology Platform, Data
Governance, Business Intelligence Platform Engineering, Service Desk, and
Library, User Services & Awareness.
“Interested

To
apply for the positions, interested candidates should go to
https://erecruitment.kra.go.ke/login and then click on the ‘Register’ button to
start the application process. Use a personal/private email address (non-work
email) to register.
After
registration, you will receive an email enabling you to confirm your email
address and complete your registration login.
After
registration, go to https://erecruitment.kra.go.ke/login. Key in your username
and password, then click on ‘Log in’ to access your account. After a successful
login, the system will open the ‘Applicant Cockpit’.
Candidate
Profile (To create or update applicant details): On the ‘Applicant Cockpit’
page, go to the tab ‘Candidate Profile’. Click on ‘My Profile’ to create and
update your profile (attach documents in PDF format). Follow the instructions
to complete your profile. The process will end by clicking the tab “Overview
and Release”. Ensure you click the checkbox on the page to complete the
profile.
Application
Process: To view the open job postings, click on the tab ‘Employment
Opportunities’ on the ‘Applicant Cockpit’ page. Under the heading ‘Job Search’,
click the ‘Start’ button to view all available vacancies. Click on the job
posting to display the details of the position. To apply for the position,
click the ‘Apply’ button at the top of the page.
Follow
the instructions to complete and submit your application. Applicants should
note that all mandatory fields must be completed. To complete the application
process, click the ‘Send Application Now’ button after reviewing and accepting
the ‘Data Privacy Statement’.

The
Office of the Attorney General, on its part, is seeking to fill eight (8)
vacant positions for members of the Waqf Commission.
Members of the Commission shall serve on a
part-time basis, hold office for five years, and be eligible for reappointment
for one further term of five years.
“Remuneration – Members of the Commission will be
paid such allowances as may be determined pursuant to Section 10 of the Waqf
Act,” the advert stated.
Requirements for applicants include being
well-versed in Islamic jurisprudence and prominent in business or
entrepreneurship.
Of the eight members, six shall be knowledgeable
and experienced in law, accounting, land economics, social work, finance and
investment, architecture, or administration.
“Interested and qualified candidates should
forward one (1) copy of the Employment Application Form available at the Office
of the Attorney General’s website www.statelaw.go.ke, including
copies of their curriculum vitae, relevant academic and professional
certificates, and other supporting documents. Scanned copies of these documents
should accompany an online application,” the advert stated.

The SRC has advertised six vacancies, which
include Principal Legal Officer, Senior Officers – Collective Bargaining
Negotiations, and Senior Officer – Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Interested and qualified persons are requested to
apply through the SRC e-recruitment portal, where additional details on the
application process are available.
Applicants are required to include a detailed
