The courts will today hear of the corruption case against former Migori Governor Okoth Obado, his children and proxies.
The investigating officer is expected to proceed with his testimony.
They are accused of conspiracy to defraud the county government and abuse of office among other counts.
The court has since heard that Obado and his co-accused exaggerated the prices of goods and services to unfairly confer financial benefits to themselves.
Obado's case is being heard by Senior Principal Magistrate Victor Wakhumile.
