Two people have sustained minor injuries after a truck they were travelling in rolled along the Nairobi -Garissa Highway in Machakos County.
The truck's driver and turnboy were the only occupants when the incident happened in Makutano ya Ndalani area Monday.
The road traffic accident incident occurred minutes past 6.00 pm.
Police rushed to the scene to secure the scene as traffic built up along the highway.
Sources told the Star that the truck was transporting relief food from Nairobi to Garissa County during the accident.
They included cooking oil, beans and salt among others.
The vehicle is still at the scene.
The items are being transferred to another truck under police watch.
