Kenya Met said there will be high average daytime temperatures exceeding 30°C in several counties.
The areas include Turkana, Samburu, Marsabit, Mandera, Wajir, Isiolo, Garissa, Tana River, Lamu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale, Taita Taveta, Kajiado, Makueni, Kitui, Laikipia, Baringo, West Pokot, Bungoma, Kakamega, Busia, Vihiga and Narok.
According to the Kenya Meteorological Department, there will be low nighttime temperatures.
Average nighttime temperatures are expected to be low, dropping below 10°C, in certain parts of Nyandarua, Laikipia, Nyeri, Murang’a, and Kirinyaga counties.
Kenya Met urged Kenyans to prepare for the varying weather conditions across the country.
