Managers of a critical arm of government are reportedly a worried lot after two renegade officers who have disciplinary issues decided to allegedly go down with one of the three top guns. It is alleged that the said honcho, procured an access control system, which purportedly ended up as obsolete yet cost billions of shillings. The newly installed system is supposed to be automatic but guards operate the same manually. Corridors of Power overheard some users lamenting, albeit with hopes that the system will be automated soon.
