South African singer-songwriter and guitarist Jonathan Butler has arrived in Nairobi.
He arrived on Thursday night ahead of the Nairobi International Jazz Festival, Jazz for Cancer.
Speaking after arriving at JKIA, Butler said he was excited to be in Nairobi and was looking forward to the concert.
"Please come check us out at the Bomas of Kenya. I'll be excited to see you," he said.
Butler noted that this was his third visit to Kenya and he was grateful to be back.
He will perform on Saturday at the Bomas of Kenya in the event organized by Radio Africa Events.
Other acts who will be performing at the Festival include; Beathogs Band, Jacob Asiyo and Friends, and Hornsphere.

The advance tickets were selling at Sh4,500 while at the gate, they will go for Sh6,500 and Sh8,000 for Couples.
The star is a hugely popular performer known for his crossover blend of R&B, pop, jazz fusion, and worship music.
He was born and raised in Athlone, Cape Town in South Africa on the 10th of October 1961. Butler is also a Grammy-nominated artiste with several songs in the Top Ten of the Jazz charts and No. 1 songs on various genre charts.
