Kenya Power has announced power interruptions in seven counties on Wednesday.
Counties to experience the interruptions include Nairobi, Machakos, Nakuru, Trans Nzoia, Vihiga, Nyeri and Kiambu
In a statement, Kenya Power said the interruptions are part of network maintenance.
The power company said disruption will occur at different times of the day.
In Nairobi, areas including Serenity Spa Kitsuru, Lake View East, Ngecha Villas, Kirawa Road, Ruai Police Station, Githunguri Est, Joska, Kamulu Town, Patnet Steel and Ngundu among other areas from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Koma Hill, Malaa, Joska, St. Philip, Mbiani, Katinda Ngooni, Blue Stone Quarry, Mutalia, parts of Athi River, Total Athi River and Senior Staff in Machakos from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm will have power interruptions.
In Nakuru, the whole of Mauche Center, Kaptich, Kihingo, Teret, Pwani, Naishi, Ndeffo, Fontana Flowers, Sopa Lodge, Kenyatta Institute, Ngondu, Part of Egerton Center, ABM Njoro, Chesoton, Kapkembu will experience interruptions from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm.
Parts of Trans Nzoia to experience power disruption from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm include Bubayi and adjacent customers.
Shironyanga, Bushiri Market, Shironyanga Market, Shironyanga Safaricom and Airtel Boosters, Lower Ingotse Market and Shirakwe Market in Vihiga will experience power disruption from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
In Nyeri, Witima, Kagumo Mkt, Kamuini C, Gikira Hydro Auxilary, Mbari ya Ndiga Gaikundo and Gaikundo Village among others will have interruptions from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Ruaka, Redhill, Mirai Court, Mulberry, Gertrude, Gachie, Joyland, Decimo, Total Rosslyn, Ruaka Slaughter, Gacharage, Ndenderu & adjacent customers in Kiambu will have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
