The head of state will also address the African Impact on climate which includes climate disasters affecting millions, threatening food security, and strain economies.
On the solutions, Ruto will explain how Africa offers clean energy, minerals, arable land, and natural resources.
He will also pitch how Africa can seek equitable financing for global climate goals.
Revealing the action plan, President Ruto will voice how Africa calls for support for NDCs, green investments, debt relief, and an inclusive and fair financial institutional framework.
