Lawyer Miguna Miguna risks a lawsuit following statements on his social media accounts where he claimed that Mike Jacobs was killed.
Following the posts, Jacobs who is allied to Embakasi East MP Babu Owino said he was going to pursue legal action over the same.
In the video shared by Babu Owino on Friday, Jacobs said Miguna will face the consequences of his social media actions.
"Today is the 23rd of June and this is Nairobi CBD. There is someone lying on Facebook and Twitter and every social media platform, Miguna Miguna, saying that I am dead. Prepare for a serious lawsuit," he said.
"You are going to pay for it, for emotional damage and everything else."
Jacobs said he will meet with Babu Owino on Saturday, at the location where Miguna alleged the MP had murdered his friend.
He assured concerned Kenyans that he was well.
"To everyone calling me, I'm fine. Sawa," he said.
Miguna Miguna had taken to his social media accounts to claim Jacobs was killed.
