Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua has warned the Kenya Kwanza government against increasing taxes.

Speaking during the Jubilee Party National Delegates Conference at Ngong racecourse on Monday, Karua said the President should work on reducing the high cost of living, or else Kenyans will hit back.

“On the issue regarding taxes, I want to address the president and let him know that if he can't do something on the taxes imposed on Kenyans he will either climb down or the Kenyans will be forced to bring him down,” Karua said.

Karua said many Kenyans are suffering since the cost of living has soared and many cannot afford a single meal and many learners can't go to school.
