The high court has barred the police and any other state agencies from arresting former CS Fred Matiangi.
Justice Kanyi Kimondo has granted him a Sh 200,000 personal bond.
The case will be mentioned on February 23.
Matiangi had earlier today filed a case seeking anticipatory bail
