Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua made a stopover at Bujumbura, Burundi, while on his way to Angola on Thursday.
Gachagua will represent President William Ruto at the 10th OACPS summit.
"I made a stopover in Bujumbura and held discussions with Minister for Infrastructure, Equipment, and Social Housing of the Republic of Burundi, Dieudonné Dukundane," Gachagua said.

The two discussed mutual bilateral and regional matters.
