A cantankerous lawmaker in House leadership in Parliament could be losing favour with the top leadership of his party over his supposed penchant to pick small coins to fix political mishaps. The lawmaker is said to have teamed up with an abhorrent power broker recently kicked out of a plum state job to influence the voting of MPs to the East Africa Legislative Assembly.
