I am going nowhere, if you fear the truth and are uncomfortable with me being here, get used to it, Lawyer Miguna Miguna has said.

Miguna noted that the time had come for the Luo Nyanza to be liberated and this will be done by him.

"We are going to liberate the Luo Nyanza with the truth. If somebody thought if I come to Kisumu to Ahero that I will stop telling the truth, get rid of that thought, we are just beginning," he said.

He said nothing will deter him from his path, no propaganda, intimidation or harassment will stop him.

"These people wanted to finish me because they feared my truth. We know very well that the elections were stolen and by swearing in Raila Odinga I did nothing wrong, but instead, they turned against me."

He added, "I am not afraid of anything, I will say the truth and stand by it, they wanted to kill me and I know it ".

He thanked the current President William Ruto for keeping his word of lifting the red alerts that allowed him back to his home country.

"This country must be governed by rule of law and everything done in the country must be guided by the constitution of Kenya."

Miguna who said he was extremely grateful to everyone for welcoming him back home took the opportunity to narrate what he went through before being exiled.

He said those who broke into his house were not just any police officers because they had bombs and it is only the recce squad and military who can access the ones used to blow up his house.

In the middle of his statement, Miguna told the congregation "For those who don't like what am saying. You can go home. For those who don't want to listen to the truth you cannot listen to me. Because I will tell the truth until I die".

The congregation broke into a peal of laughter.

Miguna arrived in Kenya on October 20, four years and eight months since he was forced out.
