Dubai’s Department for Economy and Tourism’s roadshow is currently underway at the MovenPick Hotel in Nairobi.
The team’s focus is in the East Africa region as they are looking into having more people travel to Dubai and experience what it has to offer.
Over 25 stakeholders had the opportunity to show what East Africans can do while in Dubai and why they should visit.
Dubai is known for its famous Desert Safari and Burj Khalifa, but there is a lot more to that.
There is a wide range of places to visit. They include; Atlantis, Miracle Garden, Dubai Creek Dubai Aquarium and Underwater zoo and Dubai Marina
Johnmartins Ezeoha, a medical tourism officer at Thumbay Hospital, says Dubai offers affordable medical healthcare compared to other famous places people go to.
“Medical treatment is so cheap in Dubai, we offer quality and affordable healthcare compared to other places,” he said.
The hospitals in Dubai offer Doctor on call services, where a patient can consult with the doctor before booking their travel dates.
One is not only limited to Hospital visits but can also choose to study in Dubai.
With over 60 international universities, Dubai offers competitive courses that might offer quick jobs.
