If you're interested in visiting Dubai, you're being advised to do so during the off-peak season.

Dubai tourism regional manager Stella Obinwa said this is the most affordable season as most of the interesting activities are free.

"You get to travel to some beautiful parks and also get free transportation and also the malls in Dubai which are a source of entertainment," she said.

She also added that you don't have to worry about your security as Dubai has been ranked among the top three safest countries in the world.

"Do not worry while you are on a vacation in Dubai. Your security is guaranteed and does not feel intimidated, everyone is welcome, " she said.

She said Kenyans have always been the top three travellers to Dubai.

Stella who was speaking during the Dubai roadshow in Nairobi praised Kenyans for considering Dubai as their favourite holiday destination.

She however noted that they are not in Competition with Kenya's domestic tourism.

On the affordability of visiting Dubai, she said with 60 dollars(Sh7,200 ) one can get a five-star hotel.
